“Intangible to Tangible”
Our design inspiration came from the traditional bamboo musical instruments of Kalinga, the indigenous population in Northern Philippines. Those instruments used to be integral to the Kalinga culture because many of their rituals and practices take place with the accompaniment of bamboo musical instruments. However, since their way of living has changed, only very few remaining can make those instruments.
